Reliance Bank: 2-story Commercial Bank Structure

The structure is an 8,000 square foot banking and corporate office facility that is located on Metro Parkway in Fort Myers. The building structure is a steel beam design with a precast floor system.

Lob Lolly: 2-Story Custom Restaurant Design

The structure has a pile foundation supported on grade beams. The building is water-proofed to an elevation of 3’ along the walls due to its location below the flood elevation. The building structure is a combination of concrete block and light gauge steel framing. The second floor is a steel system with a precast floor system.
